I recently had a wonderful stay at a 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is located close to the lake, allowing for magnificent views from the room. The staff here were excellent, very friendly and incredibly helpful. During a cycling event in town, they went above and beyond by assisting us and even offering an escort to the nearest driveway in their golf car. I was truly grateful for their assistance. The room itself was new and nicely decorated, offering a spacious and comfortable space for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed the traditional dishes. Additionally, the hotel had spa facilities available, including an aroma spa, whirlpool, and sauna.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It possesses a charming and slightly modern take on the "old school" Austrian/Swiss style, which I found to be a definite plus.

The spa facilities were decent, with a sauna and an aroma cabin, and we enjoyed the whirlpool. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location of the hotel was right in the middle of the town, making it easy to go out and explore.

Our stay was affected by the rude staff members who didn't seem to care about us as guests. The room also had some bugs and spider webs, which made us feel uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the lake and we got complimentary bikes which added to our experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities are well-maintained. We loved the breakfast and the staff was super friendly.

Located by the lake, this hotel offers stunning lake views from the rooms. the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortably furnished, and some offer a balcony. the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of fresh foods and drinks served by polite staff. the spa facilities including the aroma spa, whirlpool, and sauna, are available who want to relax.

The hotel's location is great - close to the lake and in a small town, perfect for a cozy Christmas getaway. the rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views of the surrounding area. the food served in the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a traditional Austrian touch that made it unique. We also enjoyed the wellness area which included a sauna, damp-bath and pool, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast options were limited, with only a few healthy choices available. some decorations felt out of place, particularly the horns of dead animals on the walls.
